"I refer to Autumn as my birth angel when I recount my labor & delivery experience to friends and family🤍 She was truly so supportive, calm, reassuring and I don’t believe I could have had the beautiful birth of my dreams without her words of affirmation, love and support. From early labor when I was uncertain if it was go time, to the moment I was pushing and was overcome with fear (where she literally held me through the fear and told me I can do it), all the way to those raw moments after delivery where she helped walk me to the bathroom, helped me clean up and bathe and helped me breastfeed she truly was PIVOTAL in my birth.
